After nearly two decades as an educator and administrator, multiple concussions forced me to step away from the work I loved and find my own path toward healing. That search taught me how hard it is to find practitioners you can actually trust, which is why I started Radiate Light.
Today I work as a Business Doula and guide, bringing decades of leadership experience together with trauma-informed, somatic-aware support. I don't override your intuition, I walk beside you, help you listen to your body, and trust your own inner guidance as you grow.
