Aura Photo Service

Service Policy

Aura camera readings are offered as a reflective experience rather than a diagnosis. Your reading is an interpretation offered for insight and self-reflection. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a licensed provider, and nothing in it should be used to make medical decisions or to delay seeking care. Aura readings take place in person at Radiate Light Collective, 2819 100th Street, Suite 1, Urbandale, IA 50322. The reading uses aura camera equipment on site and cannot be delivered remotely. Your aura photo is an image of you. The camera does not store images on its own — a copy exists only when Staci saves one. If your reading includes a photo to take home, that copy is made for you. Radiate Light may also keep its own copy and share it publicly, including on social media or the Radiate Light website, to show what a reading looks like. If you would rather Radiate Light not keep or share your image, tell Staci before or during your session and no copy will be kept. Declining changes nothing about your reading. Sessions may be recorded or transcribed so Radiate Light has accurate notes afterward. If you’d rather not be recorded, just say so and we won’t. Payment is due at booking. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are not refunded.
