Radiate Light exists to create physical, relational, and energetic spaces where people feel safe to soften, expand, heal, and lead from the heart. Rooted in embodied healing, sacred connection, conscious business, feminine leadership, and the belief that community itself is medicine, Radiate Light is both a sanctuary and a catalyst—honoring nervous systems, protecting creativity, and nurturing soul-led work with integrity so individuals and practitioners can be held and rise together.
Our Origin Story
Radiate Light was born from both devotion and disruption—emerging from a life rooted in service, leadership, family, and community, and from a deep inner calling to create a more spacious, honest, and embodied way of working and living—resulting in a living ecosystem for healing, creativity, and conscious business that is rooted in real relationship, not performance, and designed so people can be fully seen, supported, and empowered without fragmentation.

Staci Allison is the founder of Radiate Light and a Business Doula for soul-led practitioners, devoted to building ecosystems where healing, leadership, and conscious work can thrive together. Drawing from a background in education, leadership, community building, and holistic space creation, she weaves strategy and spirit, structure and embodiment, into spaces and systems that support sustainable growth without sacrifice. Through her work, Staci is known for holding safe, regulated containers for transformation; guiding practitioners into aligned visibility and integrity-driven success; and cultivating community rooted in depth, beauty, and real relationship. At the heart of everything she creates is a steady devotion to one truth: that no one is meant to build their dream alone.

Radiate Light is the root vision—the guiding philosophy that shapes leadership, retreats, education, and practitioner support. It is the energetic and strategic foundation from which all expressions of the work emerge, holding the values, principles, and long-term vision of what conscious community can become.

Radiate Light Collective, co-founded with Melodie Polansky and Shannon Gibbons, is the physical embodiment of that vision—a shared sanctuary where the work is lived in real time through community connection, private sessions, workshops, gatherings, and daily practice. It is where philosophy becomes presence, and intention becomes experience.
