Terms of Service
Radiate Light, LLC · radiatelight.org
Finalized October 13, 2026 · Effective date to be set on publication
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of radiatelight.org and anything you purchase through it — memberships, sessions, programs, events, retreats, and directory access (together, the “Services”). The site is operated by Radiate Light, LLC (“Radiate Light,” “we,” “us”).
By using the site, creating an account, or buying anything, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Some purchases carry their own additional terms — the retreat in particular. Where a specific agreement covers something, that agreement governs and these Terms fill in around it.
2. Who We Are
Radiate Light, LLC
2819 100th Street, Suite 1, Urbandale, IA 50322
515-707-7780
Radiate Light Collective
Radiate Light Collective is a separate organization. It is not owned or operated by Radiate Light, LLC, and these Terms do not cover it or anything you purchase from it.
Some Radiate Light services, including aura camera readings and on-site events, physically take place at the Collective's address above. That is a location, not a partnership.
3. Not Medical or Mental Health Care
This is the most important section on this page, and it covers three different things that are easy to confuse with one another.
a. Radiate Light's own services
Radiate Light provides holistic wellness, spiritual, educational, and business mentorship services. These are not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of any physical or mental health condition, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed provider.
Staci Allison is not a licensed medical or mental health clinician. Aura camera readings are offered as a reflective experience, not a diagnostic tool.
b. Directory practitioners who are licensed clinicians
Some practitioners listed in the Wellness Directory are licensed clinicians — the Mind and Emotional Wellness category includes counseling, CBT, EMDR, and marriage counseling. Those practitioners provide care independently, under their own licenses, insurance, and professional obligations.
Their licensed care is theirs, not Radiate Light's. Radiate Light does not supervise it, is not a party to it, and does not stand behind it. Finding someone through this directory does not make Radiate Light part of your care.
c. Directory practitioners who are not licensed clinicians
Many practitioners in the directory offer wellness, energetic, somatic, movement, or spiritual services that are not licensed clinical care and are not regulated as such. That is not a criticism of their work — it is a description of what it is, so that you can make your own decisions about it.
In all three cases
Nothing on this site — practitioner listings, consultations, aura readings, workshops, retreats, the blog, or anything else — should be relied on as medical or mental health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about any condition, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you encountered here.
4. The Wellness Directory
What a listing means
Practitioners listed in the directory are people Staci Allison has personally worked with. She has used their service, can speak to it from her own experience, and is not aware of any ethical or fraudulent reason not to recommend them.
What a listing does not mean
-
It is not a certification, license, or credential of any kind.
-
It is not a verification of licensure, insurance, training, or qualifications. Radiate Light does not require liability insurance as a condition of being listed, and does not confirm what a practitioner tells us about their credentials.
-
It is not an endorsement of clinical competence, and it is not a guarantee of any result.
-
It is not a statement that the practitioner is right for you. That judgment is yours.
Your relationship with a practitioner
Directory practitioners are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, or contractors of Radiate Light.
Radiate Light does not provide, supervise, or control the services they deliver, and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, advice, credentials, insurance, licensure, pricing, or outcomes.
Booking links on practitioner profiles lead to their own sites. Anything you purchase there is a transaction between you and that practitioner, on their terms. Any dispute with a practitioner is between you and them.
If you are a listed practitioner
You keep ownership of the bio, headshot, and description you submit, and you grant Radiate Light permission to display and promote them in the directory and in related marketing for as long as your listing is active. Your listing is tied to a current Guild membership, and is removed when that membership ends.
5. The Radiate Light Guild
The Guild is Radiate Light's membership community. The paid tiers are:
The Welcome Circle — $20 monthly or $222 annually
The Luminary Circle — $55 monthly or $633 annually
The Aligned Allies Circle — $15 monthly or $177 annually
The Trusted Partners Circle — $33 monthly or $333 annually
The Mission Support Circle — $95 monthly or $1,111 annually
Full membership terms are set out in the Guild Membership Terms and appear again at checkout when you join. In summary:
-
Memberships renew automatically until you cancel, billed in advance on the cycle you choose at signup.
-
Membership runs month to month, or year to year on an annual plan. There is no longer commitment than the period you are paying for.
-
You may cancel at any time. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again after that.
-
Payments already processed are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancelling partway through a period does not produce a partial refund.
-
If a payment does not go through, you have 5 business days to update your payment method before access is paused.
-
Visibility, promotion, and referral opportunities are offered as opportunities, not guarantees.
Applications
Some tiers ask you to apply. Acceptance is at Radiate Light's discretion, because a listing carries Staci's personal recommendation and that is only meaningful if it is given deliberately.
If your application is not accepted, any payment you have made is refunded in full.
Loss of membership
Membership may be revoked for conduct inconsistent with the Guild's standards, including lack of integrity, fraudulent practices, or misrepresenting what Radiate Light stands for. No portion of a revoked membership is refunded.
6. Sessions and Bookings
Bookable services include Consultations, Aura Camera Readings, the Single Strategy Session, and the Workshop Development Package. Each has its own short agreement that appears when you book.
-
Payment is due at booking. An appointment is not confirmed until it is paid.
-
You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
-
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are not refunded and are not rescheduled.
-
Aura camera readings take place in person at the Urbandale location and cannot be delivered remotely.
-
Sessions may be recorded or transcribed so that Radiate Light has accurate notes. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will not.
No particular outcome, result, or level of business growth is promised or guaranteed by any session.
7. Events, Retreats, and Co-Hosting
Events and retreats run by Radiate Light
Ticket purchases are subject to the terms stated on each event listing and to any agreement you accept at checkout.
The Costa Rica retreat has its own two documents — the Retreat Payment and Cancellation Policy, and the Retreat Participant Agreement. Those govern pricing, payment plans, transfers, cancellation, health disclosures, assumption of risk, and conduct for that retreat. Where they say something different from these Terms, they govern.
Flights, travel to and from a retreat property, travel insurance, passports, visas, and personal spending are not included and are your responsibility. Travel insurance, including trip cancellation and medical evacuation coverage, is strongly recommended for any retreat involving travel.
Portions of a retreat may be guided by independent contractors under their own agreements. They are not employees or agents of Radiate Light, and they may ask you to sign their own participant agreement in addition to ours.
Events you host at the Collective
Radiate Light offers event and retreat co-hosting, where you run your own event in the space with Radiate Light's support. If you host an event this way, you remain responsible for its content, delivery, and any licensing, insurance, or permissions it requires, and your agreements with your own attendees are between you and them. The full terms are in the Event and Retreat Co-Hosting agreement, agreed before a date is held.
8. Accounts
Some services require a site account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy anything from this site or to hold an account.
Radiate Light may suspend or close an account for violation of these Terms.
9. Payments
-
Payments are processed through Wix Payments. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by Radiate Light.
-
Prices are in US dollars and may change. A change does not affect a term you have already purchased.
-
Payment processing fees are included in the price you see at checkout across all services.
-
Failed or missed payments may result in access being paused. Where a cure period applies, it is 5 business days.
10. Intellectual Property
Site content — text, images, the logo, program materials, workbooks, and the structure of the directory — belongs to Radiate Light or its licensors.
Buying a program, session, or membership gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials provided. It does not transfer ownership. Materials may not be reproduced, shared, sold, or distributed without written permission.
Work you create for yourself using Radiate Light's guidance — a workshop you build in a Workshop Development session, for example — belongs to you. The frameworks and templates used to help you build it remain Radiate Light's.
11. Community Standards and Conduct
The Guild is built to be a judgment-free community, and that only works if people hold it that way. We ask members, practitioners, and participants not to harass or disparage others, not to misrepresent their credentials or their work, and not to use the community as a channel for anything deceptive.
On the site itself: no unlawful use, no scraping or bulk collection of the directory, no impersonation, and no interference with how the site runs.
A written community code of conduct is in development. When it is published it will be linked here and will sit alongside these standards rather than replace them.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Iowa law:
-
Radiate Light is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the Services.
-
Radiate Light's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service the claim arises from.
-
Radiate Light is not liable for the acts, omissions, advice, or services of directory practitioners, independent contractors, or any other third party, including anyone you find through this site.
-
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Services involving physical activity, travel, or emotional and somatic work carry risks that are addressed in the specific agreements for those services. Where such an agreement applies, its terms govern that activity.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radiate Light, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your own violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site or the Services, or your reckless or intentional conduct.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute is Des Moines, Iowa.
Before filing anything, we ask that you contact us directly so we can try to resolve it between us. Most things can be. If that does not work, we agree to attempt mediation in Des Moines before either of us starts litigation.
Nothing here requires you to give up your right to go to court. There is no mandatory arbitration clause in these Terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
Radiate Light may update these Terms. Material changes are posted here with a revised effective date, and current members are notified by email when that happens.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
