The Radiate Light Business Doula Program is a five-month, relationship-centered mentorship for practitioners, healers, creatives, and visionary entrepreneurs who are building businesses that must feel true in the body—not just successful on paper. What Is A Business Doula?
A Business Doula supports people building soul-led, values-aligned work. Rather than hustle or rigid strategy, they walk beside you—clarifying vision, shaping sustainable structure, setting boundaries, and navigating transitions with nervous-system awareness. The role blends practical business guidance with emotional and energetic holding, honoring both the work being created and the human creating it.

A BUSINESS DOULA JOURNEY
A 5-Month Practitioner Pathway
This five-month journey is designed to meet you where you are and guide you—step by step—toward a business that feels clear, supported, and sustainable in your body and life. Each month is held with nervous system integration, somatic practices, journal prompts, personalized strategy, and ongoing emotional and energetic support—so your business is built from steadiness, not survival.
Month 01
A Soul-Aligned Vision
OUTCOME: You gain clarity on what you’re building and why it matters.
This month is about returning to the center of your work. We slow down enough to listen for what wants to be built in this season—clarifying your purpose, message, and positioning in language that feels honest, embodied, and usable. Together, we name who your work is truly for right now, release what no longer fits, and establish a clear internal compass to guide future decisions, offers, and expression.
Month 02
Structure + Supportive Systems
Outcome: Your business structure matches your energy and capacity.
Here, structure becomes a form of care. We gently shape offerings, pricing, and boundaries so they support sustainability rather than strain. You’ll simplify the flow of your business—from inquiry to delivery—creating systems that feel clean and supportive. As clarity replaces chaos, overgiving softens and your work begins to rest on steadier ground.
Month 03
Visibility + Being Seen
Outcome: You show up with confidence and consistency—without forcing.
This month invites you into presence without performance. You’ll explore how to share your voice, perspective, and work in ways that feel authentic and grounded, while gently meeting the fears that arise around visibility, judgment, or being misunderstood. Confidence grows not from pushing, but from learning to be seen while staying connected to yourself.
Month 04
Client Experience + Embodied Leadership
Outcome: You lead your work with confidence, authority, and self-trust.
Leadership here is rooted in embodiment. You’ll strengthen communication, boundaries, and decision-making with clients, while refining an experience that feels clear, respectful, and mutual. This phase supports you in stepping fully into your role as a guide or practitioner—leading from self-trust rather than people-pleasing or overfunctioning.
Month 05
Expansion, Money + Sustainability
Outcome: You grow in ways your nervous system can hold.
The final month focuses on growth that feels safe and sustainable. You’ll clarify realistic income goals, explore aligned paths to expansion, and build trust in your capacity to hold more money, responsibility, and visibility. We close by anchoring a long-term vision—one rooted in stability, self-leadership, and a business that can evolve alongside your life.
