Service Policy
Consultations with Radiate Light are a conversation about where you are and what might help. They are educational and supportive in nature. This is not medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a licensed provider. Staci Allison is not a licensed medical or mental health clinician. If you are managing a health or mental health condition, please continue working with your own provider. During a consultation you may be referred to practitioners listed in the Radiate Light Wellness Directory. Those practitioners are independent businesses. Radiate Light does not supervise their work and is not responsible for the services they provide. Any arrangement you make with them is between you and them. Sessions may be recorded or transcribed so Radiate Light has accurate notes afterward. If you’d rather not be recorded, just say so and we won’t. Payment is due at booking. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are not refunded.
