Service Description
Staci Allison partners with facilitators, practitioners, and organizations to co-host events and retreats with care, clarity, and strong energetic containment. Support may include advance visioning and planning, event set-up, and the provision of basic materials as discussed ahead of time.
Service Policy
Event co-hosting is a partnership for events held at Radiate Light Collective, 2819 100th Street, Suite 1, Urbandale, IA 50322. Radiate Light supports your event with advance visioning and planning, set-up, and basic materials as agreed ahead of time. The scope of that support is whatever we agree in writing before your event date; anything outside it is arranged separately. Your event remains yours. You lead the content and you hold the room. Radiate Light is not responsible for what you teach, facilitate or offer, for your credentials or licensing, or for any agreement between you and the people who attend. If your event involves physical practice, bodywork, emotional process work, or anything else carrying risk, the waivers and consents that work requires are yours to put in place. You are responsible for your own liability insurance covering your practice. The space. Radiate Light Collective is a separate organisation and the premises are theirs. Use of the space is subject to their availability and their terms, and the condition and safety of the building is their responsibility. Your attendees are your relationship. You set your pricing, take your own payments, and keep your own list. Radiate Light does not collect money from your attendees unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Photography. Radiate Light may photograph the space and set-up for its own marketing. We will not photograph your attendees without your agreement and theirs. No particular attendance, revenue or outcome is promised or guaranteed. Radiate Light may decline or withdraw from an event that conflicts with its standards or that it cannot safely support. Where that happens before work has begun, fees paid are returned. Payment and changes. Payment is due at booking. Because this work begins well before your event date, rescheduling or cancelling requires at least 15 days’ notice. Events cancelled with less notice are not refunded.
