Cancellation Policy
All sessions are non-refundable once booked. Need to reschedule? Just let us know at least 24 hours before your session, and we'll find a new time. Changes with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, are forfeited with no refund. Running a few minutes late is okay, but sessions may need to end on time to respect the next person's booking.
